T E R M S  O F  U S E
Please read these Terms of Use carefully. They set out the terms on which the www.monicachrysostomou.co.uk website (‘the Website’), together with the content and services are made available to you.  By accessing the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
Copyright
1. At all times the copyright on all photographs and images belongs to Monica Chrysostomou ('the Artist'); also known as Monica Chrys.
2. All photographs and images remain the property of the Artist.  No form of reproduction for private use, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted.  When you purchase an artwork you become the owner of the physical piece but copyright remains with the Artist.
3. Your use of the Website carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property rights in the Website.
Placing your order
1.  Place your order using the online Order Form.  We will email an invoice for you to check your selection and pay online. You agree to provide us with current, complete and accurate purchase information for your orders.
2. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible on our Website. We do not warrant that the quality of items you purchase will meet your expectations.
3. We may in our sole discretion change the descriptions or pricing of our products without notice.
4. We reserve the right to refuse an order, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  If we refuse, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number that you provided when you placed your order.  We are currently only accepting orders for delivery to the UK Mainland.
5. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Payment
1. We accept payment online using the payment processor Paypal.  You can pay with credit or debit card or PayPal balance.
2. Payment will be subject to necessary validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  We will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery of your purchase if your card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
Dispatch and Delivery
1. Your items will be dispatched, within 28 business days of paying for your order, to the person named on the Order Form.
2. We will dispatch your items in the appropriate packaging, by 'signed for' Royal Mail post or equivalent, to the address on the Order Form, provided that the address is on the UK Mainland.  We are not responsible for verifying the authority of the signatory taking receipt of the items.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
1. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase but, if you are not, we have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your purchase to request a return.  If 14 days have gone by after receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
2. We endeavour to do our very best in quickly resolving any issues with your purchase in a reasonable and fair manner. 
3. If you wish to return your purchase, please email hello@monicachrys.co.uk to let us know.  Please return the items to the address noted on the invoice, with a note of your details and the reason for return, making sure that your return is in the appropriate packaging to prevent any damage.  Returns are at your expense.
4. If you are returning an item for £50 or over, you should consider using a trackable service.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
5. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  We will send you an email to let you when we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. We trust every item we sell arrives in perfect condition.  If your purchase is faulty or damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 48hrs of receipt by you.  If you return items that are faulty or damaged in transit, our refund to you will include your costs of returning the faulty or damaged item to us by first class 'signed' for Royal Mail post.  We will pay the refund when we receive the damaged items and/or evidence of the damage is provided to us (hello@monicachrys.co.uk).
7. If you are approved, your refund will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of our receiving the returned items. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable, and cannot take responsibility for, any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.
8. Once an item has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.  To request a cancellation please email us at hello@monicachrys.co.uk as soon as possible.
Using the Website
1. You will use the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use and only in a lawful manner.    
2.  We make no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or the server(s) that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.  We do not give any implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy.  We are not responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or exchanged with us.
3. Information on our Website may, occasionally, contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions about product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
4. We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
